Our groups focus on creativity, motor skills, social connections, emotional regulation and interoception, and living skills.

Mini Makers (3 hours)
A hands-on therapy group designed for young creators! Mini Makers encourages problem-solving, fine motor skill development, and social interactions through exciting craft and play ctivities. Perfect for kids aged 4 – 7yrs who love to tinker, design, and create!
Connection Corner (3 hours)
A welcoming space for kids aged 4 – 7yrs to develop social confidence and connections. Through interactive games and structured activities, participants practice teamwork, turn-taking, and other conversational skills to foster friendships.
Mindful Mates (3 hours)
Focused on emotional regulation and mindfulness, Mindful Mates helps children aged 4 – 7yrs and 8 – 12yrs develop self-awareness and coping strategies through relaxation strategies, interoceptive exploration, movement, and creative expression. A great option for kids needing support to understand and respond to big feelings.
Connection Crew (6 hours)
A full-day adventure! Connection Crew is designed for older children and teens aged 13 – 17yrs looking to strengthen friendships, build confidence, and develop community living skills. With community outings, team-based activities, and daily living activities (e.g., cooking), this group fosters independence and social success.
